Working with EAB Associates for ten years he has developed a strong working knowledge of the insurance receivership’s financial operations and reporting requirements. Additionally, Bill’s initial exposure to insurance receiverships was in 1987 on Mission Insurance Company as a manager for Deloitte & Touche.
